Business Ethics Policy

At Tangspac we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all our operations. This Business Ethics Policy outlines our expectations for employees, contractors, and partners to ensure compliance with laws and foster a culture of trust and accountability.

Money Laundering
Tangspac Consulting strictly prohibits any involvement in money laundering or activities that facilitate the concealment of illicit funds.
Employees must:
• Verify client identities (KYC checks).
• Report suspicious transactions to HR/Compliance.
• Never facilitate money laundering through recruitment payments.

Corruption
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for corruption, including bribery, extortion, or any improper influence in business dealings.
Prohibited:
• Offering/receiving gifts, hospitality, or favors that could influence business decisions.
• Facilitating payments to secure recruitment contracts.

Fraud
Fraudulent activities, such as misrepresentation, falsification of records, or deception for personal or corporate gain, are strictly prohibited.
• Maintain accurate and truthful records in all recruitment and financial processes.
• Verify candidate credentials and client information diligently.
• Report suspected fraud to the Compliance Officer or through the anonymous reporting system.
• All financial transactions require dual approvals.

Conflict of Interest
Employees and associates must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of Tangspac Consulting or its clients.
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as personal relationships with clients or candidates, to HR or the Compliance Officer.
• Refrain from engaging in activities that could compromise impartiality, such as accepting gifts or favors that influence decisions.
• Prioritize the company’s and clients’ interests in all professional decisions.

Closing Statement
All employees must complete mandatory ethics training annually. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination and legal action.
Tangspac encourages employees, clients, and partners to report unethical behavior without fear.
